How long does it take to process my order?

All orders placed on shoporbis.com are processed within 1-2 business days, Monday through Sunday.

What is the estimated shipping time?

Once your order has been processed, the estimated shipping transit time is 3-5 business days for deliveries within the United States. We deliver seven days a week. At this time, we only ship within the US. All orders ship with FREE standard shipping!

How long until my order arrives?

Including processing and transit, your estimated total delivery time is 4-7 business days for orders shipped within the United States.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Absolutely! After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number along with a link to our tracking page. I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?

My order arrived damaged or appears to be missing. What should I do?

If your order arrives broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund. Should you need to return the item to us, we will cover all return shipping costs. Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

We do our best to ship all items together in one package. However, there are occasions when orders may be split into multiple shipments due to product availability, items shipping directly from a vendor, or larger orders requiring separate parcels. Rest assured, you will not be charged any extra shipping fees when this happens.

I received the wrong item. What do I do?

We sincerely apologize if you received an incorrect item. Please contact us right away so we can send the correct product and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong item at no extra charge to you.
