Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify for a full refund. To initiate a return, please reach out to us by email or phone. IMPORTANT: All returned items must be in their original condition and original packaging.
Please be aware that the customer is responsible for covering return shipping costs unless the product arrived defective or was not as described.
Items purchased at a sale or discounted price are considered final sales and are not eligible for return, store credit, or refund to the original payment method. Reserved Rights Regarding Refunds
IMPORTANT: Once a return has been started, your items must reach our warehouse within 14 days. If they do not arrive within this timeframe, we reserve the right to decline the return. We also reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policy requirements, including items that show signs of use, alteration, laundering, damage, or are missing components. Any cases of suspected misuse or fraud will be addressed accordingly.
My order arrived damaged or it's missing.
If you receive an item that is broken, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of delivery along with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement or provide a complete refund. If you prefer to ship the item back, we will fully cover the return shipping costs. If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend reaching out to your local carrier to confirm delivery. For return inquiries, email info@shoporbis.com. Sale Items
Only items purchased at regular price are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be refunded or canceled.
