If your order status shows as delivered but you have not received it yet, here are some steps to take:

1. Check around your property — Sometimes carriers leave packages at side doors, porches, garages, or with neighbors.

2. Wait 24 hours — In some cases, a package is scanned as delivered slightly before the actual drop-off.

3. Contact your local carrier — Reach out to the carrier (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) with your tracking number to confirm delivery details.

4. Contact us — If you still cannot locate your package, please email us at info@shoporbis.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

If the carrier website shows your tracking number as invalid, please try the following:

1. Wait 24-48 hours — Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update in the carrier's system after your order ships.

2. Double-check the number — Make sure you copied the full tracking number from your shipping confirmation email without any extra spaces.

3. Try a different tracking site — You can use our tracking page at https://shoporbis.com/pages/tracking or a universal tracker like 17track.net.
